A full-stack
AI cloud company

A self-owned compute base built on GPU/CPU, networking, and storage infrastructure
Operating the full chain of Token production, distribution, and applications

Concept image of data center infrastructure
We don't sell GPU hours. We sell deterministic cost per million tokens and deterministic delivery of Agent execution.

Agent-Native KV Data Plane

Optimized for long sessions, high prefix reuse, and burst fan-out; cache hit rates can cut effective compute cost significantly.

Cross-Architecture Tiered Scheduling

NVIDIA, AMD, and domestic GPU/NPU run reliably on the same production system, scheduled by cost and SLO.

Task-Level SLO Orchestration

Every Agent task is bound to a committed SLO: deterministic delivery rather than best effort, with a predictable, controllable cost baseline.

Compute Asset Architecture

A multi-tier heterogeneous compute layout with vendor-neutral scheduling that balances supply-chain resilience and cost efficiency.

Primary Tier
NVIDIA

Handles frontier models, long-context, and tight-SLO workloads. The B300 offers 288GB HBM per card and NVLink Gen5, providing the strongest compute guarantee for performance-sensitive tasks.

Secondary Tier
AMD / Domestic GPU / NPU

Handles batch-friendly and compliance-constrained workloads, providing supply-chain hedging and cost balance. Domestic compute also satisfies data-sovereignty and compliance requirements.

Settlement Tier
Legacy NVIDIA

Naturally steps down to the secondary tier with each hardware generation. Assets are never wasted; they keep contributing compute in optimal form and extend hardware lifespan.

Elastic Tier
External Rental / Tidal Recovery

No hardware is purchased for peaks; external rental and tidal compute recovery absorb bursts. Capital efficiency comes first, so fixed costs are never locked in for peak demand.

Core Principle
Vendor-Neutral Scheduling

Scheduling decisions are driven purely by cost and SLO targets, with no bias from vendor relationships. Whichever hardware best fits a task's constraints is where the task runs. This is our core commitment to predictable customer cost.

Business Loop

From Agent workloads to Token margin, revenue from both ends accrues to the company, forming a sustainable flywheel.

Input
Agent Workload
Predictable base demand
Process
Higher Utilization
Compute running at full load
Result
Cost Control
Self-owned compute dilutes marginal cost
Return
Token Margin
Revenue from both ends

The Agent application layer provides a predictable base load that pushes utilization past the break-even line, while self-owned compute brings cost control. Revenue from both ends accrues to the company, competing neither on GPU-hour price with neoclouds nor on unit price with Token platforms.
